Return Policy

In Canada & USA ? No worries! We accept returns.

  • Damaged Products:
    Aromie will provide a full refund for items damaged during shipping. Valid photo or video proof must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

  • Non-Damaged Products:
    Returns are handled at our Canada facility with two options:
    a) Aromie generates a return shipping label — a full refund is issued after deducting both to-and-from shipping charges.
    b) Customer arranges their own return shipping — refund issued for product cost only, excluding shipping fees.
    All returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.

  • Outside Canada (USA, UK, Australia, Europe, Africa):
    Refunds for non-damaged items are considered case by case, especially if the return is due to an error on Aromie's part.

Note: Aromie reserves the right to refuse service and permanently ban users who abuse the return policy.
