Shipping Charges

We offer shipping services to all Canadian provinces, all U.S. states, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Ireland, and all European countries. Free shipping (10-15 business days) on orders over $150 CAD.

We partner with trusted courier companies such as Canada Post, USPS, DHL, and FedEx to ensure timely and reliable deliveries. If your area does not have postal service, please email us at care@aromie.store, and we will find an alternative delivery method for your convenience.

Please note: No refunds will be issued for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, three failed delivery attempts, or if the recipient refuses the package. In any of these cases, please email care@aromie.store for assistance.

 


Shipping Duration

Once your order has been processed & dispatched it is usually delivered within 10-15 days*. Times to ship the product mentioned on our website against each item are indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason. We do not ship the products on Sundays and public holidays as our logistic partner does not pick-up on those days.

If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because any item is out of stock or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases, we may offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order.

Order Tracking

Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking ID. Please allow 3 to 4 business days from the time of your order for this tracking information to be updated, as it may vary depending on the product.

Communication: Should there be any unforeseen issues related to out-of-stock items or any other concerns regarding your order, we will promptly notify you with updates or potential solutions.

Custom Duties and Other Taxes if any

Any applicable custom’s will be payable by the customer, if any. Please pay online to the courier company if requested by them. If these duties are requested, you would notify by e-mail directly by the shipping companies. AROMIE is not responsible for any custom duty’s payments. Customs Duty & other international taxes etc. if applicable will have to be borne by the customer according to the laws of the land under any circumstances and AROMIE will not be liable for them.

*Shipping times are to be used as a guide only and are based on time from order. care@aromie.store cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transaction.
