Aromie currently ships across Canada and the USA.

Shipping Within Canada

Most Canada orders are shipped from Canada and usually delivered within 1-5 business days after dispatch.

There are no customs duties for orders shipped within Canada.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $150 CAD.

Courier Partners

We work with trusted courier partners such as Canada Post, UPS, DHL, FedEx, and USPS, depending on the delivery location.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be provided by email. Please allow some time for the tracking status to update after dispatch.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

Aromie is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, refused packages, or failed delivery attempts.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us immediately at care@aromie.store.

USA Orders

For orders shipped to the USA, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply depending on U.S. customs rules.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the courier or customs authority if required.

Aromie is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or delays caused by customs clearance.
